The Discovery Visit is designed for people who are new to SoftWave. Choose one or two areas of pain, injury or limited function you would like us to evaluate. It is also available to current New Heights patients bringing us a new area of concern.
Most people describe a tapping sensation. Tender areas may feel briefly sensitive, which helps the provider identify the treatment region. Intensity is adjusted throughout the visit.
SoftWave is noninvasive and most people return to normal daily activity afterward. Your provider will give you recommendations based on your condition and response.
Following your Discovery Visit, your provider will recommend a treatment plan based on your condition, response and goals. The recommended schedule and cost will be explained clearly before you decide how you would like to proceed.
